Plan ahead for the best experience! To ensure a smooth and stress-free visit, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy and helpful tips before you arrive. 

 

How much does it cost?

We offer two hair subscription options: $45 or $85. 

 

What does the hair service include? Does the service include a hair wash? 

All blowouts include a wash and a luxurious head massage. For just $15-25, you can add on treatments such as K18 hair repair, conditioning or detox treatments. 

 

How does it work with hair extensions?

Our stylists are trained to be aware of extensions and how they must be washed and dried differently to preserve the bonds. This is a great service to detangle and maintain extensions between bump-ups. 

 

Can I request a specific style?

Absolutely.  We aim to please. Please let your stylist know if you’d like beachy or silky smooth waves.

 

Does your beauty service include regular and gel manicures, pedicures, and gel polish removal?

 

The $45 plan is for 1 service under $65, our gel manicure is $50, and polish removal is an add-on of $20 and includes buffing so that the gel manicure would fall under the next tier, the $85 plan. 


What products do you use?

Maria Nila is a Sweden brand, Neuma is from the USA, and Yon-ka is French! Our other curated items are made in Canada. 

 

Where are you located? Do you have more than one location? Can I use my benefit service(s) at both locations?

We have two salons in Victoria, BC, with locations at 616 View Street and 313 Cook Street, Victoria, BC. Our Cook Street location has a Spa and offers beauty services. Both salons offer hair services. Please note that beauty benefit service(s) can only be used at our Cook Street location.


Will I get a confirmation when I make an appointment?

We're happy to provide courtesy confirmations, but it's our client's responsibility to note their appointments and arrive on time.


What is your cancellation policy?

Same as our policy for all appointments, we request 24 hours' notice. If you cancel late, you are forgiven once, but your service for that month will be forfeited the next time. 

 

What is your late policy?

We know that traffic happens. If you are later than 15 minutes, we will not have enough time to complete your service without inconveniencing the next guest. After 15 minutes, your appointment will count toward your monthly total.
