Angela is originally from Vancouver and brings a grounded, open-minded approach to hair. With an alternative edge, she loves working on everything from bold transformations to subtle trims that make a cut feel just right.
She believes great hair comes from listening first and working with each person's natural texture, lifestyle, and style. Her chair is a relaxed, judgement-free space—perfect for easy conversation about anything or quietly unwinding while you get your hair done.

Philip was born and raised in Montreal by Portuguese immigrant parents. The only Canadian to have won International Trend Vision, he is Sassoon trained and has travelled the world educating. An inspiring artist and cutter, Philip found his calling after overcoming language barriers, working the night shift, and earning his BC hair license while being a young father — a true testament to determination and passion.

Lorelei has been passionate about hair since she was young, and she brings that same excitement and creativity into every appointment. Her energy is contagious, and she loves helping her clients feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful. She completed her training through the Victoria High School Hairdressing Program and Summit Salon Academy, where she built a strong foundation in modern techniques and colour. Lorelei especially loves working with blondes — from bright, bold transformations to soft, dimensional lived-in looks. Her goal is always to create hair that feels just as amazing as it looks.

Judy Johnston
Level 5 — Red Seal Endorsement + Extensions Specialist
Judy has worked in the hair industry for over 25 years. She finds inspiration in the fact that it is forever growing and changing. Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec and raised on Vancouver Island, Judy has had the opportunity to live, travel and work in many different places. After spending 15 years in Toronto she moved back to the island, where she has been working at the Cook Street salon. She loves doing colour corrections, is a certified hair extensions specialist, excels at straightening and smoothing services, and enjoys a beachy balayage and traditional highlights. Previously trained in Toni & Guy cutting and colouring, she is also DevaCurl certified.

This feisty Taurus is passionate about all things hair. An avid gardener, seamstress, reader and gym rat, Anne also speaks fluent Tagalog. Her first hair gig was at the age of 12, her favourite colour is rainbow and her work ethic is hardcore. She is a master at men's cuts, loves hair extensions and vivids.

Erin is a born and raised Islander. Although she loves our island, she has had a lifelong passion for travel — Guatemala is like a second home to her, which has fuelled her love for tacos and margaritas! In her free time, she loves practicing yoga and soaks up as much time in nature as possible. Erin loves all things creative; drawing and tattooing are her go-to outlets. With an eye for design, she finds herself drawn to edgy short textured hairstyles. In colour, she loves the natural beauty of softly blended highlights, while on the other hand comes in hot with creating bold bright reds.

Zoe grew up in the mountains of Vernon before trading alpine views for coastal vibes. She has experience as a recent graduate of cosmetology school. Her love of reading had her devouring novels at the speed of light when not perusing local art shows or thrifting for her new favourite sweater.

Erin Water-Chief
Level 2
Erin was born and raised on her traditional ancestral territory, the Blackfoot Nation, in southern Alberta. Since moving to the island, she has gained valuable experience in various fields including Indigenous studies as well as community support, where she spent 3 years as a support worker for adults with disabilities. As a recent graduate of the John Casablanca Institute in Vancouver, Erin uses her knowledge to create an inclusive and safe space, placing an importance on making every person feel cared for. She holds a deep love and appreciation for Mother Nature, which has greatly influenced her decision to work at the Natural. In the salon she enjoys styling and cutting but especially doing bright vivid colours.

Originally from Campbell River, Jaeden has a passion for both the trades and the arts — especially hair. She loves the creative freedom the hair world offers, whether it's helping someone express themselves, finishing a look with the perfect haircut, or refreshing colour to reflect a new season.
Jaeden enjoys being part of each guest's transformation and believes hair can be a powerful way to showcase individuality and confidence.
A strong advocate for the environment, she brings an eco-conscious mindset into both her home life and the workplace. Jaeden has a deep appreciation for the small things in life and feels grateful for the natural beauty that surrounds us here on the coast.
