Deposits for clients for big colour appointments:
We take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business we require financial stablity and enforcing our cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability. By booking an appoinment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined below:

To confirm your appointment, we require a credit card on file or a $100 retainer fee, which will be applied to your service. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined below:

Cancelling or rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen cicumstances may arise and you may need to cancel. If you do so, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less then 24 hours, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time.

IIlness: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and other clients is of utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service.

To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full custom colour but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours of it, we will need to apply the half fee of the original custom colour service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

In the rare instance that we need to reschedule your appointment, we assure you that any deposit made will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment. Our policies are in place to protect our business and to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service.

It's important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. We strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive our services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result.

We believe in making heads turn and hearts skip a beat with fabulous hair. We're here to make you feel like a million bucks, because let's face it, you deserve nothing less!

REVISIONS: Now, we want to level with you—we may not be perfect, but trust us, we're pretty darn close. We pour our heart and soul into every snip, color, and style. However, sometimes, the hair gods might have a different plan, and miscommunications can happen. But fear not, we've got you covered!

While we don't offer refunds, we want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If by some twist of fate, we missed the mark or you think we didn't quite nail it, we're happy to offer one revision. Yep, you heard that right! Just give us a shout before the two-week mark after your appointment, and we'll make it right.

Now, let's talk about the fine print. We're counting on you to follow the care instructions we provide you with. Think of them as your secret recipe for maintaining that gorgeous mane. Remember, fabulous hair requires a little TLC from time to time. So, promise us you'll treat your locks like royalty, and we'll keep them looking majestic!

Oh, and did we mention that we love feedback? Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we're always looking to up our game. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy. You agree to be responsible for any charges resulting from a violation of this policy.

We're happy to provide courtesy confirmations but it's our client's responsibility to make sure to note their own appointments and arrive on time.

No show or late cancel: 

I recognize that life is unpredictable, and I fully understand that unexpected situations may arise. To maintain a seamless experience for all involved, I kindly request that you inform us with the greatest possible advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

I deeply value the time of each of my clients and seek mutual respect regarding time commitments. To this end, I've instituted a comprehensive "No Call No Show" policy. This is to ensure that my calendar operates efficiently, allowing other clients the opportunity to secure appointments.

A "No Call No Show" incident is defined as the absence of a client from their scheduled appointment without prior notification.

In the event of a policy breach, the following measures will be enacted:

  • The client will be prohibited from making future appointments and will incur a charge amounting to 50% of the service fee.

I am acutely aware that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. Should you find yourself in such a situation, I implore you to reach out at your earliest convenience to notify me of any adjustments to your appointment. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated and help in fostering a respectful and professional environment.

Late for your appointment? 

Give us a ring if you’re running more than 15 minutes late. Arriving late for your appointment could result in disappointment if your stylist doesn’t have time for the service you’re booked in for.

Dress appropriately

We are not responsible for any damage to clothing that may occur during an appointment at our salon. While we have systems in place to minimize any bleach or colour that may get onto clothing, this is hair salon and the risk is there. Please dress for your appointment or ask for a robe to cover clothing. 

Returns  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natalie@thenaturalhairsalon.com and send your item to: 618 View Street, Victoria BC V8R 4A6, Canada. 

No refunds on services
We want you to love your hair. Please contact us in a timely manner so we can do our best to come up with a solution if that’s not the case. If a redo is determined necessary by management, it must be within the first two weeks of the initial service. Redos or touch ups are done with the original stylist, exceptions to this rule are possible and are at managements discretion. No refunds issued.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 618 View Street, Victoria BC V8R 4A6, Canada 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Privacy Policy

Personal information we collect

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
